Delivery

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

Double-check that your shipping address (including postcode) was entered correctly.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Delays may happen due to weekends, customs, or courier issues.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Yes, we deliver on public holidays!
Our products are dispatched and delivered even on statutory holidays, so your orders won’t be delayed due to public holiday schedules.

Do you deliver to my postcode?
Absolutely! We deliver to every address, just enter your shipping address (including postcode), and we’ll get your package to you with no issues.

Is next-day delivery available?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only (3–7 business days), depending on your location.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
No signature is required. Your package will be left safely at your address if you’re not home.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

What are the requirements for a return?

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

     

  • Item must be in the original packaging

     

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

     

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition

     

  • Items damaged for reasons not caused by us

     

  • Sale or clearance items

     

Refund process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–30 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
